Within 48 hours, I will email you the digital print to look over and approve. I also offer a 24 hour rush option. If no changes are needed, you can print it immediately. If changes are needed, you will receive your corrected file within 24 hours of sending me your edits. (Note: Some email providers send it directly to junk mail. Be sure to check there for an email from [rachellola@hotmail.com].)

4 out of 5 starsThis made a perfect addition to the stationary suite for my daughter's book-themed wedding. We used it to create our RSVP cards (figuring library cards are just naturally returned :-)) However, there is no way to make changes once you download the finished product, and when we needed to change a date for our second B-list mailing, I had to go back to the blank template and recreate the piece.

Do you offer printing services?
I do not offer printing services, but I have had good experiences with the services listed below, and any of my products can also be printed using your own personal printer at home.

I need my order QUICK. What can I do?
I have lots of ready-made products that can be downloaded as soon as you buy them. These are identified in my shop as “instant digital download.”
For items that you want to personalize, you have a couple of options to speed up delivery. I have many products that you can edit yourself with the Templett service at templett.com. You purchase the file from my shop, edit it on Templett, and it’s ready for download as soon as you’re finished.
I also offer items that can be customized by me. I guarantee delivery of these within 48 business hours of purchasing. But if you you need it faster than that, choose the Rush Order option, and for a small additional fee you can be guaranteed to receive your order within 24 business hours.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Regular orders are guaranteed in 48 business hours.
Rush orders are guaranteed in 24 business hours.
Instant downloads are accessible as soon as your order is processed.
Templett files are available within 10 minutes of ordering.
I ordered a Templett file. How do I edit and download it?
When you order a product that is editable with Templett, you will receive an email with an access link within 10 minutes of ordering. It is sent to the email address attached to the order on your Etsy account.
If you can’t find the Templett email, make sure to check your junk mail folder. Then if you still can’t find the instructions, visit the page at https://bit.ly/2EXLCoW for step-by-step instructions on how to find your particular file on Templett.
I didn’t get my Templett email OR My email is wrong on Etsy OR My instructions were sent to the wrong email address. What do I do?

Can I make changes to Bunco items? Can I change the number of games? Can I add mini buncos or other options?
Unfortunately, I don’t provide customization to any Bunco items.
Where can I find my instant download files?
As soon as your order is process you should receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. If you can’t find it make sure to check your junk mail and confirm which email address Etsy has on file. Also check "social and promotions" tab on gmail.
You can also look on the Etsy homepage for a link that says purchases and reviews.
**Please note that files can't be downloaded from the mobile Etsy app on a phone or tablet. Please sign in to Etsy on a mobile browser or non-mobile computer.
